Contracting With Federal, State and Local Governments

GSA Schedule 520-4 Approval
The GSA Schedule is the fastest growing means to obtain contracts with the Federal government. Essentially, the schedule is a list of approved contractors that can supply goods and services under the predefined SIN.  I have successfully obtained access to several businesses that, otherwise, would not be in a position to obtain lucrative contracts with the Government. The advantages of becoming an approved contractor on the Schedule are:

  • It places your goods and/or services in front of more than 20,000 purchasing officers;
  • It reduces your RFP response costs;
  • It allows you to use this status as a marketing tool with other prospects
  • Grants you access to state and local government purchasing officers;
  • It places you above your competition in the market place; and
  • Increases your income potential
Can you think of reasons other than these? Sure I can too. You cannot gain access unless you get this approval. Call me and we can get you on the schedule in less than 30 days! There are more advantages if you are a Minority and/or Women Business Enterprise or meet the definitions of a small business as defined by the Federal government. United States Education Department (ED)
The ED collection contract is the oldest and most successful performance based contract in the federal government. ED began using Private Collection Agencies (PCA) in 1978 on a pilot basis. Today, ED contracts with more than 21 different PCAs to help them manage their portfolio of more than $400 billion. Joseph Chromy, Jr. has been working on the ED contract from 1986 - beginning as a collector - the position of Contract Administrator and consultant to ED collection vendors.

State and Municipal Opportunities
State and Municipal governmental entities are all feeling the pinch of decreased budgets and increased services over the past two decades. Likewise, local governments are turing to the collection enforcement of fines, unpaid taxes and fees to keep the revenue accounts as full as possible. A plan is required to network with and gain access to revenue collection opportunities throughout the United States
